OWN “ROUDRA BRISTI” OUTLET OF WBECSC LTD.

In 2021, the Management has decided to open own operationable  “RUDRA BRISTI ” outlets at various prominent places of different districts of West Bengal like District Head Quarters, Sub-Divisional Head Quarters or any other important places so that people of the entire State can be benefitted.

Currently, under the guidance and approval of authority, 6(Six) own ROUDRA BRISTI outlets have been successfully opened in following Six districts;

Two more RB outlets are going to be operationalized very soon at Jalpaiguri and another at Paschim Medinipur District. In near future, few more RB outlets will be opened in the remaining districts for which concerned District Magistrates have been requested to provide suitable locations/accommodations in the respective district.

The main focus of “Roudra Bristi” outlet was to promote exclusive category of various agricultural produce of West Bengal like- Indigenous Rice, Pulses, Honey, Ghee and other products as well as to sell varieties of products of various Manufacturers/ Multi National Companies as mentioned below at a price comparatively lower than the prevailing market price

Procedure for the enlistment of Companies with their Distributors (if- any) under Roudra Bristi in WBECSC Ltd.

 

Interested companies desirous of being empanelled/enlisted under Roudra Bristi in WBECSC Ltd for supplying and selling their products through RB outlets need to apply to the authority of WBECSC Ltd with following documents.

1. Valid Trade license

2. GST Certificate

3. FSSAI Certificate (For Food products supplier)

4. Cancelled Cheque

5. Price list with clearly mentioning HSN Code, GST % and landing rate.

6. Letter head application for new enlistment along with duly authorized distributors.

(All documents must have to be scanned, stamped, signed & endorsed by company/distributor personnel)

                       

 

On receiving the relevant documents along with company’s price list, the same are being verified.

Checking of Price List based on market survey

                                   

 

Process of final approval on fulfillment of specified criteria and relevant credentials.

                                                           

 

On approval of the company along with distributor, supply order are placed specifying certain quantities.

MISSION & VISION

​

Though, currently Six Roudra Bristi retail outlets have been opened in Six different districts in West Bengal , it has been planned to set up Roudra Bristi retail outlets in all districts of west Bengal gradually in forthcoming days for expanding the coverage across the State.

 WBECSC Ltd. has launched 10 (ten) products under the brand name of “Roudra Bristi” aiming to capture the market of Bengal’s traditional aromatic rice like Tulaipanji, Gobindabhog, including some common rice variety like Miniket, Jeerakati  and some other Food products like Flour, Soyabean Chunk, Salt, different pulses like Bengal Gram, Moong Dal and Masur Dal at an affordable price to the consumers of various level. Few more products are in the process of launching in near future under the  Roudra Bristi  brand.
